From the small island of Sulawesi comes one of the most beautiful and complex of all the Indonesian coffees. With a syrupy body and sparkling aroma, Celebes is a true gem among Indonesian Coffees.
Columbian
This light roasted coffee has a rich, almost caramelly flavor with a full aroma. This coffee is a consistently pleasant addition to any morning meal or a relaxing morning where anything can happen. This coffee is also available in decaf.
Costa Rica
Coffee from Costa Rica has a higher acid level than most coffees that lends to its uniqueness. This gives a taste that pleases even the most discriminating palate. With an aroma and body that is both pleasing and appealing, Costa Rican coffee is a lively addition to you cup. Even your coffee maker will be happy. This coffee is also avaialable in decaf.
Downtown Blend
Downtown is a casual blend, rich with flavor and a moderate acidic quality. Laced with dark, smoky undertones that envelop your senses and fills them with layers of texture and aroma. Even if you're uptown, it's Downtown!
Espresso Blend
An exciting blend of coffees that will delight your senses and bring joy to your palette. Our espresso is blended to be tasted over and enhanced by any flavoring you may add. Or, if you desire, it will also brew a wonderfully full-flavored cup of coffee. This blend is also available in decaf.
Ethiopian Yirgachefe
This coffee from the Yirgachefe region of Ethiopia is a fragrant, beautiful coffee. With a wonderful aroma and mildly sharp accents, it is perfect for anything. An extremely enjoyable coffee with a hint of blueberry that appears as if to say, "...don't forget me..."
French
This dark-roasted coffee is true to the tradition of dark-roasted coffees. An absolute favorite among many, and a true delight. This coffee is also available in decaf.
Full Speed Ahead
Full Speed Ahead is our darkest blend. Full of the robust and smoky tones that come only from deeply roasted coffees. This blend is perfect for those mornings when you need a little extra to get going. Full flavor with wonderful tones and body make this blend a triumph in your cup.
Guatemala
Grown in the mountains of Huehuetenago, this coffee is exquisite in every way. With an almost wine-like, syrupy quality, and smooth undertones and aroma, Guatemala produces a shining star among South American coffees.
House Blend
Our house blend is our signature coffee. Rich in flavor body, the House Blend is always enjoyable. It is carefully blended from a mix of lights and darks to achieve a flavor that is unmistakably unique and always a pleasure. This coffee is also avaialble in decaf.
Kenya AA
While most coffees are grown at an elevation of 2,800 to 3,600 feet, this coffee is grown hight atop Mount Kenya at 5,900 feet. The increase in elevation lends characteristics to this coffee that are present in no other coffees. Rich with flavor abd subtle, nutty tones, this light roasted coffee is unique and always welcome in my cup.
Mexican Dark
This dark-roasted coffee called Custepec is a delight. Full bodied and intertwined with smoky flavors and just a hint of rich chocolate. A genuinely pleasant and expansive coffee, this a choice you will not regret.
Panama
Light-roasted and understated, this coffee is a wonderful addition to life in general. A well-balanced coffee without bitterness, it abounds with subtleties and aroma. This coffee is so goo Van Halen wrote a song about it.
Rollinsbrew

Sumatra
This light-roasted Indonesian coffee has a uniqueness all its own and a flavor that is unmisktakable. Like all Indonesian coffees Sumatra has a warm, syrupy body and a flavor that is penetrating. A purely wonderful coffee, but could you expect anything less from Indonesia?
Medium Sumatra
This Sumatra, given a medium, or "full city", roast, is just beginning to spot with oil. With flavors more developed and slightly tamed, this coffee is as wonderful as it can be.
Dark Sumatra
Dark-roasted and rich with smoky textures and flavors, this Sumatra proves to be both popular and delightful. Sumatra shows us its wonderful body and aroma are perfect again and again no matter the roast style.
Tanzania Peaberry
The Peaberry variety of coffee is an anomaly among varietals; the coffee cherry produces two full beans in an ordinary Arabica, while the Peaberry produces only one full, round bean. Tanzania holds the glory and fame when it comes to this variety. Tanzania Peaberry is prized for its wonderful aroma and unique, syrupy qualities, and the flavor is like a dream.
Tuscan Blend
